During checkout we collect contact details, pickup details, order number, uploaded documents, document text extracted for verification, payment status, and operational order notes.

How we use data

We use checkout data and uploaded documents to verify the order, complete pickup from the physical shop, attach the shipping label (either the one you upload or one we arrange on your behalf), and hand the parcel to the carrier.

Payment data

Stripe handles card data. Sharp Shipper does not receive or store your full card details.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers needed for payment, hosting, storage, email, operations, and carrier handoff. We only share what is needed to run the service.

Your rights

You can contact us at info@sharpshipper.dk about access or deletion. Some records may need to be kept for bookkeeping, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
